Q: What is an AED?
A: AED = Automated External Defibrillator - A portable, easy-to-use medical device that delivers a shock to help restart a heart during sudden cardiac arrest.
Q: How long does CPR certification last?
A: 🛡️CPR certifications last for 2 years. We’ll remind your team when it’s time for renewal so your church stays compliant and confident.
Q: What happens if we actually use the AED?
A: If your AED is ever used, we’ll help you reset it so it’s ready for the next emergency. This includes downloading the rescue data, checking the battery, and replacing the pads if needed.
Post-incident support is available for $99 plus the cost of replacement supplies (pads and/or batteries). This ensures your AED is fully reset, tested, and ready to save lives again.
Q: Do we need pediatric AED pads?
A: If your church has a children’s ministry, daycare, or school, pediatric pads are strongly recommended. They’re available as an optional upgrade to your bundle.
